Account & Contact Information

When you register or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you provide in your messages or forms.

Camp & Usage Data

We collect information you enter into your camp app, including harvest logs, GPS pin locations, member activity, photos, and other camp-specific records. This data is private to your camp and accessible only to your invited members and HuntHub administrators for support purposes.

Payment Information

Billing information is processed by our third-party payment processor. HuntHub does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Technical Data

We automatically collect device information, browser type, IP address, and usage patterns to improve platform performance and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

To build, configure, and maintain your camp app
To process payments and manage your subscription
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
To send important account and service notifications
To improve and develop HuntHub's features and performance

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or your camp's private data to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (payment processors, hosting providers) who are contractually obligated to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Camp data, including harvest logs, GPS locations, and member information, is stored securely and is not accessible to the public or other camps.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at bmartin@hunthub.pro. Camp administrators may also manage member data through their camp dashboard.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted upon request.
