Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HuntHub.pro and its associated services ("HuntHub," "Service"). By using HuntHub, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

HuntHub provides a platform for outdoor recreation groups ("camps") to build and operate custom-branded mobile applications for tracking harvests, managing members, mapping locations, and related activities. Access requires an ongoing monthly subscription based on camp size.

2. Account & Camp Responsibility

Camp administrators are responsible for managing member access and ensuring all activity within their camp app complies with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HuntHub to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including hunting and fishing licensing requirements
• Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other camps' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the HuntHub platform
• Use the service for any commercial purpose beyond managing your own camp

4. Fees & Billing

HuntHub charges a recurring monthly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. No refunds are issued for partial subscription months.

5. Data & Privacy

Your camp's data — harvest logs, GPS locations, member information, and photos — belongs to you. HuntHub will not sell or share this data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant HuntHub a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

HuntHub retains all rights to the platform, software, and design. Your camp name, logo, and content remain yours. You grant HuntHub permission to display your camp name and branding within the context of delivering your camp app.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. HuntHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your camp data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

HuntHub is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuntHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. HuntHub's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
